Where is the McRace protection manufactured?
All McRace products are manufactured in the Czech Republic. McRace is committed to designing and engineering covers that meet the highest technical standards for quality, performance and toughness. All our products are designed and engineered by dedicated technicians in our own R&D department and are all manufactured in our plant. This ensures that McRace protection conform to our mission statement - to create premium product that blends beauty and function.
 
Where I can buy McRace Protection?
You can buy your McRace Protection from a dealer in your area or order online directly from us via eshop or by writing to info@mcrace.cz.

How can I become a dealer?
Thanks for your interest in becoming an Authorized McRace dealer! You will be required to meet, and maintain, certain requirements. Please contact our Sales Team by writing to info@mcrace.cz. We will help you to understand the requirements and to process your new dealer application.
 

Legislation & Regulations

Is my cover kit legal for road use?
McRace Products are designed primarily for track and racing use. Please check your local, state and country regulations which products are legal for road use in your area.
 

Sponsorship

Can you sponsor me?
Get in touch with our marketing team by writing an email to info@mcrace.cz with a letter describing your activities, successes and goals. Our team will contact you if there is any potential for sponsorship.
 

Warranty

What is the warranty on McRace Protection?
McRace Protection is warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty period is automatically extended to two (2) years to the original retail purchaser who registers his/her cover kit via the registration form on https://www.mcrace.cz/support

Do I need an account to order?

No, you do not need to register an account to place an order. On the checkout page, please select 'Continue as a Guest' to complete your purchase. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept any of these payment types; MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We have alternative payment methods for some countries which are displayed during the check-out process. We do not accept pre-paid cards.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 30 days.


Why can't I place an order?

If you are having issues placing an order, please ensure that all the information you have entered is correct before finalising your purchase.

If any information is missing from any mandatory fields (those marked with a red asterisk) you will not be able to finalise your order, so please ensure all required information has been entered. On our mobile site, you may need to click the ‘next’ button or + symbols to ensure all mandatory fields are displayed.

The issue could also be a connection error. Please close down the webpage, clear your browser history and ensure you have enabled all cookies and pop ups.  You could also use a different web browser or device to complete your order if the previous steps do not resolve your issue.

If none of the previous methods have resolved your issue, it may be that your card issuer has declined your payment. Please contact them directly or try another card or payment method.



 
Delivery

Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and various other countries. If you do not qualify for free delivery, any delivery charges due will be specified during the checkout once your delivery address has been entered. 

How long will my delivery take?

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery times will depend on the service selected and the delivery destination. All delivery times are estimated and are based on working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

To find out if we deliver to your country, please look to see if it is an option in the delivery countries drop down. If you do not see your delivery destination we are unable to deliver to this country.
 
Returns

Where do I send my return to?

Please send your return to the address as shown on your returns form; you have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery.
 

How do I return my order?

Please follow the instructions on your return form; you have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery.


How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.

How do I change the details in my account?

Once registered log into your account to amend your password, email address or address details.
 

Why can't I sign into my account?

Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered your account and that you are on your country specific website. If you have forgotten your password, just type your email address in to the 'Forgotten your Password' box on the sign-in page. You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to My Account.
