Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not need to register an account to place an order. On the checkout page, please select 'Continue as a Guest' to complete your purchase.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept any of these payment types; MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We have alternative payment methods for some countries which are displayed during the check-out process. We do not accept pre-paid cards.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. You are able to return an item within 30 days.
Why can't I place an order?
